Considering ongoing paid media support? This 20-minute introductory call is a chance to tell me about your brand, current advertising, goals and what you're looking for in a paid media partner. I'll share how I work and we'll see if Wheels Up Digital is the right fit.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your time. **Rescheduling & Cancellations** Need to move your session? No problem. Please reschedule or cancel at least **24 hours before your scheduled appointment**. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or may be applied toward a rescheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment and no-shows are **non-refundable**. **Late Arrivals** Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. If you arrive late, I’ll use the remaining time as effectively as possible, but the session cannot be extended to make up for lost time. **Preparation** To get the most value from your session, please provide any requested information, account access, links, or materials before the appointment. Missing information may limit what we’re able to cover during the scheduled time. **What Your Booking Includes** Your booking covers the specific service and session length selected at checkout. Any additional strategy, campaign setup, account management, creative development, or ongoing support outside the scope of the booked service may require a separate engagement. **Results** Marketing performance depends on many factors outside of Wheels Up Digital’s control, including budget, creative, website experience, tracking, market conditions, and platform performance. While I’ll provide recommendations based on my professional experience and the information available, specific advertising or business results cannot be guaranteed. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this booking policy.
